Simulated Ear KABR E350

The E350 Model Simulated Ear is specifically designed and developed for audiometry and related fields. It provides an excellent acoustic environment for electroacoustic measurements, supporting tests on in-ear headphones and over-ear headphones. Its superior acoustic environment offers crucial guarantees for comparing different product designs and conducting repeatable measurements.

The 460A Model Simulated Ear includes an acoustic coupling cavity, and the main coupling cavity is equipped with an adapter socket to connect to Hongzhe Company’s pressure-field microphones. Fully compliant with the IEC 60318 standard, the acoustic impedance of the 460A’s coupling cavity is essentially consistent with that of the human ear.

The coupling cavity of the simulated ear consists of three volumes (V1 = 2.5cm³, V2 = 1.8cm³, and V3 = 7.5cm³). These three volumes are connected through narrow annular notches and four parallel holes, ensuring a high signal-to-noise ratio.
